Impact of Poor Workplace Mental Health

Employees who lack awareness of wellbeing and mental health

delay access to resources and treatment resulting in:

Frequent Absenteeism

Long term Illness and Disability Claims

Reduced Productivity

Anxiety, Depression and Substance abuse

Increased Conflict with Colleagues and Managers

Unnecessarily leave their job

We help employees understand the causes of mental illness, learn to assess their wellbeing, and empower them to take charge of their mental health.

"The wellbeing workshop was a turning point for me; it forced me to take a step back and really look at my sources of stress and how I was dealing with them. I built on what I learned in this workshop, and I am in a much better place. I am taking care of myself and my mental health in a way that makes me happy and strong, and it all started with this workshop."
